Before you book
Booking policy
Deposits
A €15 non-refundable deposit secures every appointment and comes off your total on the day. No deposit, no booking.
Cancel & reschedule
Please give 48 hours' notice. With notice your deposit moves to one future booking; under 48 hours it's forfeited.
Running late
There's a 20-minute grace period. After that the appointment may be cancelled, out of respect for the client after you.
No-shows
A missed appointment with no notice forfeits the deposit, and future bookings must be paid in full up front.
Come solo
To keep the space calm and hygienic, please attend alone — no extra guests or children.
Existing sets & repairs
Booking over another tech's work? Mention it — removal may add time. Free repair on any lift or break within 5 days.
